Submission


How to Submit your Paper

Authors are advised to submit your abstract or full papers using Conference Submission System. Please submit the manuscript as a PDF file. The file size should not exceed 10 MByte. Each paper is recommended to be with 5-8 pages, and additional pages will be charged. Prepare your abstract or full paper by following the Abstract Template or the Full Paper Template(MS Word) | Full Paper Template(Latex) .
Submission Policy

Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission).
To be published in the conference, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference and present the same paper at the conference.


Publication

Submissions will be reviewed by at least two conference technical committees or international reviewers, and accepted papers will be published Conferences proceedings, which will be submitted to be indexed by CNKI, CPCI (Web of Science), Google Scholar, DOAJ, etc.
 

Accepted abstracts will be invited for oral/poster presentations at the conference without publication

 

Awards


Best Paper Award

1. For conference regitered papers only.
2. The first author of the paper registered.
3. Oral Presentation Type. 
4. Winners will be selected by the Program Committees. 

 

Best Student Paper  Award


Any full-time university student, who is the first author as well as the presenting author of a paper submitted will be eligible for this award. Winners will be selected by the Conference Committee. Certificates and Awards will be presented to the winners at the conference.


Best Oral/Poster Presentation Award


For every session, one best oral presentation will be selected by session chairs according to the originality, applicability, Technical Merit, PPT and English.

For every poster session, one best poster presentation will be selected by session chairs according to the originality, applicability, Technical Merit, POSTER.



Registration


Registration Instructions

One registration is valid only for one paper. Co-authors of a paper will also need to register in order to attend the conference. Participants who have no accepted papers should also register as a delegate to attend the conference. Accepted papers will be published into the proceedings if the payment has been made and at least one of authors will present the paper at the conference.

Each regitration covers 8 pages for one accepted paper, and additional pages will be charged.

Standard registration includes coffee breaks, USB, lunch, gala dinner and admissions to all the technical sessions. The tutorial on January 23 and day trip on January 25 are not included, which require extra payment. Details could be found in the conference program.

Presenter Registration applies to participants who tends to make presentations of their papers without publications.

Cancellation Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
• 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
• 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
• Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. No shows will not be refunded. The organizing committees is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, etc.

• The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
• The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well..
